Deciding on the main communication link

Good afternoon,
I have scanned and mailed the rules and regulations to all, I hope Jane got them. How are we going to use the blog? will we be using it instead of round group emails? I think we need a decision on this or we will have information in two different places. if we are using the blog as the main place we will all have to make sure that we check it on a regular basis.
